Vegan Flourless Chocolate Cake Gluten Free Eggless Recipe
Get ready for the mission of the day, the flourless cake! Mission accomplished. This Vegan Flourless Chocolate Cake Gluten Free Eggless Recipe is so tasty, easy, and consistent.
It has nothing to do with a classic chocolate cake since there is no flour, duuuh! In terms of texture, we are a little closer to the brownie than the traditional chocolate cake.
If you like chocolate but when I say love, you really have to like it because it’s strong on the palate. Next, choose the percentage of cocoa you prefer.
(for a cake pan not too big)
- 100 g chestnut flour
- 100 g coconut flour
- 50 g brown sugar
- 40 cl of soy milk (or almonds)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g of dark chocolate dessert
- 5 cl refined coconut oil or grapeseed oil
- In a bowl, mix the 2 kinds of flour with the sugar, and yeast.
- Pour the vegetable milk and mix well.
- Melt the chocolate with the oil in a double boiler.
- Pour into the bowl and make everything very homogeneous.
- Bake for 45 minutes (on the medium rack) in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Please note: only cut and taste the cake once it is lukewarm.
I missed the first time. I burnt the cake !! :). I had started preparing the recipe, the texture seemed correct, suddenly I put in the oven peacefully.
At a look of the ingredients, I knew that the cooking would not be 20 min but longer. I was aiming for 1 hour and more. Well, I noticed this was way too long :). Same for the temperature…
The chocolatey smell that emanated from my apartment was transformed into a burning smell. I opened my oven and the top had turned black. I said to myself well, at worst not serious, I will see the inside and taste.
I cut a piece, place it in my mouth, bite and there I spit everything out. No, it was not good unless your taste buds are throbbed :)).
So, I had to do it again by changing my cooking time and temperature.
If you do not feel like making this cake in one large cake mold, make individual portions to begin with:).
